Terms & Conditions:

• The "ibibo iHunk Program" (hereinafter referred to as Program) is open to any person who registers on the web site of ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. (herein after referred to as "Company")or an existing ibibo registered user, being a resident of India and above 18 years of age ("Contestant"). The Program is applicable for males only.
• The duration of the Program will be from 1st August 2011 till 31st November 2011 ("term").
• To be eligible for the Program, a user shall be required to upload his portfolio by the 30th /31st day of every month during the term of the Program, which should contain at least one close up and one full length photograph along with his height specifications on the user profile on ibibo.com ("web site") during the term of the Program.
• Each month additionally "Two (2) participants shall be chosen as the "Most talented iHunk Winner" ("Winner"), from the portfolios uploaded as part of the Program by a panel constituted by the Company.
• A still shoot each month for the relevant month's "Most talented iHunk winner", by a well known photographer, will be organized in Mumbai/Delhi/Kolkata/Bangalore/Chennai ("Prize") by the Company for which the dates shall be communicated to the chosen participant in advance. The Company shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever if the winner absents herself from the still shoot.
• Each month a participant shall be chosen as the Most Voted iHunk Winner" ("Winner") will be chosen, from the portfolios uploaded as part of the Program. This will be based on a combination of the number of votes received, the number of views on the portfolios and decision of the panel.
• The participant chosen as the "Most Voted iHunk" each month will get their portfolio shot by a fashion photographer for free ("Prize"). It is not necessary that the "Most Voted iHunk Winner" will be the "Most Talented iHunk Winner" of the month as well. Decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
• The Panel appointed by the Company for selection of winners shall have their own parameters like Height, style, etc. basis which they shall select the winners.
• The chosen participant(s) will be intimated by an e-mail at the e-mail address specified by them and names of the chosen participant shall also be posted on the Company web site. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for non receipt of intimation by e-mail.
• The chosen participant(s) will be required to submit documentation such as ID, age proof, contact details etc. as required by the Company within 5 days from release of the chosen participant's name.
• The Company shall reserve the right to use all data, material etc. received as part of this Program as it may deem fit for its future promotions. The chosen participant(s) will also be required to participate in programs organized by the Company, as and when required in the discretion of the Company.
• Contestants consent to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its respective affiliates, agents, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from their breach/non performance of these terms and conditions.
• The Company also reserves the right to amend the rules of the Program or extend the period or cancel or discontinue the Program or any part thereof without giving any reasons or prior notice.
• Participants agree that the photographs uploaded created as part of this Program shall not be copied, pasted, infringed, duplicated, from any other source. Such entries shall be deleted and the participant shall be disqualified immediately.
• All Intellectual Property rights, incl. ownership rights to/of the entries should solely belong to the participant(s). The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claim /issue relating to the same.
• Participants agree that the photographs uploaded by them shall not be illegal, destructive, provocative, defamatory, obscene, and pornographic or which infringe the confidentiality, privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party or which could hurt the religious sentiments of any community or which could otherwise be considered objectionable.
• Participants found in indulging in any malpractices such as cheating, creating dubious profiles or indulging in such other means to gain unfair votes shall be disqualified from the Program at any time and shall not be eligible for any Prize.
• Photographs uploaded by the Participants which are in violation of these terms shall be deleted by the Company without any notification. Disputes regarding the Program shall not be entertained by the Company in any manner whatsoever.
• A registered user can be chosen only once during the duration of the Program.
• No correspondence shall be entertained with regard to the Program.
• The employees of Company, Service Providers or any associated companies and members of the immediate family of the employees of the Company will not be eligible to participate in the Program.
• The laws of India govern the Program. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Gurgaon only.
• The Program will continue to be governed by the terms and condition of the website.
